Mode of Refund Payment

Once an item is canceled, the refund process begins after the product is picked up from the delivery location. You can choose to receive the refund in your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, or UPI) or in your Envoke Homes Wallet.

EMI Option:

For a full refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment mode.
For partial refunds, the amount will be transferred via NEFT to your bank account so that the remaining EMI does not lapse.*
Any cashback earned on the order before cancellation will be deducted from Envoke Homes credits. If the cashback was used fully or partially for another order, the amount will be deducted from the refund for the canceled product.

*Refund policies may vary depending on the financial service provider and the time of return.

Refund Timelines

Envoke Homes Wallet: Within 24 hours
You can use the refund credits in your Envoke Homes Wallet for your next purchase. These credits are valid for 3 years and are non-transferable.

Original Mode of Payment: Once the refund is initiated, the amount is credited to your selected mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI: 4-5 business days
Offline (NEFT): 7-10 business days
